Only YOU can decide who makes it on to this year’s shortlist, then goes on to scoop a prestigious award at our glitzy ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

After virtual events for the last two years, TVChoice, Britain’s biggest-selling magazine, is proud to announce that the TV Choice Awards 2022 will be back as a live ceremony at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Monday 14 November.

The hugely popular and long-standing awards honour the nation’s favourite TV shows and stars, and are voted for purely by the readers and viewers in their many hundreds of thousands.

2021 saw Netflix smash Bridgerton scoop Best New Drama… has Lady Whistledown’s second instalment lived up to the first in viewers’ eyes?

Can Gogglebox/Celebrity Gogglebox hold on to Best Entertainment Show for another year? With so much amazing talent in the Best Actor and Actress categories the competition is fierce, with The Split’s Nicola Walker vying for a place on the Shortlist against _Vigil’_s Suranne Jones. Could Martin Freeman and Joe Cole see their dramas The Responder and The Ipcress File make them winners this year?

Last year Corrie did the treble — picking up awards for Best Soap, Best Soap Actor and Best Soap Actress — will EastEnders, Emmerdale or Hollyoaks knock them off the top spot in 2022?

Only viewers can decide by casting their votes from 00.01am on Tuesday 7 June until midnight on Friday 24 June.

Jon Peake, Group Editor of TVChoice & Total TV Guide said, ‘We’re thrilled to have the Awards back as a live event again, and we look forward to honouring the best TV of the year in person.’

Only the nation’s favourites will make it on to the all-important official TV Choice Awards 2022 Shortlist, which will be announced in August.
